Elea passed her real estate licensing exam at 21 years old and has never looked back! In her first six and a half years in the business, she sold more than 250 homes, was named a Top Agent Under 40 in her market, and learned one of the most valuable lessons along the way: success doesn't require you to have the perfect strategy or most efficient business systems. Success is a direct result of showing up and staying in consistent action, week after week, even when you don't feel like it.
As an eldest daughter, leadership and coaching always came naturally to Elea. Long before she ever stepped into real estate, she was known to be the one people looked to for direction. From being named team captain of her sports teams to being elected class president, Elea grew up seeking any opportunity to lead. This natural instinct followed her straight into her career, prompting her to launch the coaching arm of her business at the end of 2023 to help others grow and scale their real estate businesses, just as she had.
