Meet the Club Founder
Elea Karras
Consistency Club founder Elea Karras is a full-time real estate agent and business coach whose life passion is to make an impact on the clients and agents she serves. She sold over 250 properties in her first six years as an agent, was named a top professional under 40, and has grown an online following of over 100,000. She's coached over 9,000 agents inside her free and paid programs and now runs one of the fastest-growing coaching communities for agents, Consistency Club.

What if I can't make the live calls?
All calls are recorded and uploaded into the community for you to watch whenever works best for you.
What platform is the community hosted on?
Consistency Club is hosted inside of SKOOL. You can access the community, trainings, and more online or via the SKOOL app.
Will there be live calls 52 weeks of the year?
We'll have calls almost every week, but not during major holidays. Any time there are no live calls, you'll still get a pre-filled weekly tracker, a challenge, and resources for the week.
Can I cancel my monthly membership?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time (but I promise you won't want to!).
Will the price ever increase?
The price you join at is the price you keep as long as you stay in the Club. The price to join the Club may go up over time.
